Terms and Conditions
The CXC Referral Rewards Program is operated by Global Contractor Management Solutions Pty Ltd (otherwise referred to as CXC) and enables participants to obtain rewards by referring eligible contingent workers to CXC. Participation in the program is deemed acceptance and agreement to the following terms and conditions.
Participation Eligibility
The CXC Referral Rewards Program is open to residents of Australia over the age of 18, including current CXC contingent workers but excludes employees of Global Contractor Management Solutions Pty Ltd and their immediate families, affiliated companies and advertising/promotion agencies.
Submitting referrals
Referrals can only be made via the CXC Referral Rewards Program online form found at https://cloud.cxcinfo.com/Refer_A_Friend, following the instructions. To refer a prospective contingent worker, you must supply the correct full name, email address and mobile telephone number of each person you are referring. You are advised for your own records to save a soft copy or print a hard copy of your submission(s).
Participants may refer as many prospective contingent workers to CXC as they wish however individual prospective contingent workers can only be referred once and will be accepted on a ‘first in best dressed’ basis, in the order they are received by CXC. The authenticity of all referrals will be verified by email and/or phone. Incomplete referrals will be declared void. The CXC accepts no responsibility for referrals not received.
For a referral to be deemed successful and eligible for a reward, all the following criteria must be met:

The referred contingent worker must be fully on-boarded with CXC.

The referred contingent worker must sign a contract with CXC or an associated entity for a period no less than three (3) months.

The referred contingent worker receives a minimum of one (1) week pay (via CXC on the contract for which they have been referred) prior to the reward being issued.

The referred contingent worker is lodged prior to the contingent worker commencing on-boarding with CXC.

The referred contingent worker is not an existing or former contingent worker of CXC or been previously referred to CXC within the last 12 months.

The referred contingent worker is not starting a contract with an existing corporate client of CXC.
In addition to the above, any specific enhanced rewards promotions that take place: will only be applied for contingent workers registered within the promotional period. The referred contingent worker must start their engagement within one (1) calendar month of the enhanced reward promotion ending.
Redeeming rewards
Upon confirmation (via email) of a successful referral, participants can choose to receive either a CXC Referral Rewards eCard valued at $200 or make a donation of $200 to a selection of CXC nominated charities.
Participants must select their reward within six (6) months of email notification, via the CXC Referral Rewards online platform. If they do not the reward will lapse.
Rewards are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Reward options
CXC Referral Rewards eCard
The CXC Referral Rewards eCard is managed by Prezzee (https://www.prezzee.com.au/).
The Prezzee Smart eGift Card can be exchanged for another Retailer Gift Card available on the Prezzee Service for the same amount. There are no fees associated with the Prezzee Smart eGift Card. Prezzee Smart eGift Cards have a 36-month expiry date for users to exchange Retailer Gift Cards of their choice. Once the new Retailer Gift Card(s) has been selected new expiry dates will be set and terms and conditions apply to the specific Retailer Gift Cards chosen. Prezzee Smart eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash and no refunds will be provided for Prezzee Smart eGift Cards (except as required by law).

Charitable donation

Donations will not be tax deductible to the individual referrer.
Liability
Goods damaged during shipment are not the responsibility of CXC.
CXC is not liable for warranties on claimed rewards. You should contact the respective manufacturer of rewards claimed if a warranty is required.
CXC shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whatsoever, which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or for persona injury suffered or sustained) as a result of using any reward claimed.
If goods selected are not available, CXC reserves the right to offer a reward of similar value.
CXC reserves the right to final decisions on applying the terms and conditions of the program and whether to issue rewards.
Conflict with other contractual obligations
Individuals registering for this program acknowledge that receiving rewards in accordance with these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a breach of the terms of any other agreements to which they are subject. This includes but is not limited to contracts of employment. Should breaches of this type occur, individuals indemnify and hold harmless CXC in relation to the consequences of such breaches.
IMPORTANT: Participation may be subject to employers’ approval. Submitting a referral infers prior approval has been given by the participants’ employer and that the participant accepts all responsibility to ensure this has been done.
Tax Implications
Claiming certain rewards may have tax implications for individual participants in the program. Before claiming a reward, you should seek the advice of an accountant or financial adviser to clarify your tax position. CXC is not responsible for any tax liability to individuals participating or employers of participants that may result. |
